Serving Others - Together

The Georgetown Area Junior Forum is a non-profit organization of women who share the common goal of improving the lives of others in the community through service and philanthropy while developing friendships.

The Junior Forums, Incorporated supports member chapters in achieving their goals and promote the growth of the organization. To learn more about the individual chapters, visit the website

The Georgetown Area Junior Forum has supported the children of Georgetown ISD for the last ten years by buying, collecting and distributing school supplies. We want every child to start the new school year with the materials they need to be a successful scholor. In 2018 alone, we provided supplies to 650 students at an estimated value of $42,250.

Our goal for the 2019 Fill the Bus Campaign is to supply 700 filled backpacks to GISD students in need. Donations will go directly to ordering the backpacks in bulk.

Please visit us on August 2nd or 3rd in front of the GT Walmart 8:00 am to 12:pm where we will collect donations for "Fill The Bus."

Distribution to famlies will be Sunday, August 4th at the Georgetown Area Boys and Girls Club, 1200 W. 17th, Carver Elementary School building.
