Making A Difference in Williamson County
GAJF Members were present at the Back-to-School breakfast for the Frost Elementary teachers and staff. In addition to providing donuts and juice, we presented Frost Principal Megan Chambley with a symbolic big check for $8,000 which represents financial gifts and supplies donated to Frost in our 2022-2023 fiscal year. Chair Karen Huffman then surprised the classroom teachers with an unexpected treat! GAJF Members presented $75 Amazon gift cards to each teacher to help offset classroom supply costs. It was a memorable morning and a great start to the new school year.
Many area children & their parents benefit from the generosity of our community and corporate sponsors. The funds we raise go to support our signature Fill The Bus event as well as many WILCO nonprofits.
